Loren Yasunari, O.D. is a native of Oahu, and graduated from the University of Hawaii. Dr. Yasunari earned his Doctorate in Optometry from the Southern California College of Optometry. While an officer in the Army, Dr. Yasunari served as an Optometrist. In addition to general eye care and exams, Dr. Yasunari also dispenses devices for low vision patients with macular degeneration. He also co-manages refractive, cataract, and glaucoma patients.

Dr. Yasunari is a member of several organizations, including the American Optometric Association, the LA County Optometric Society, Hawaii Optometric Association, and the California Optometric Association.

Dr. Yasunari was in private practice for more than 20 years in Honolulu prior to joining the staff at the Assil Eye Institute. His patients receive the highest quality eye care available.
